Beginners Pilates classes each exercise will be explained step by step to understand how your moving your body and the muscle focus. Learning to breath correctly through each exercise, strengthen your core, flexibility, balance and tone the whole of your body. A classical full body workout working through the repertoire as originally taught by Joseph Pilates.
Mixed Ability - Pilates
Mixed Ability Pilates classes focus on concentration and muscle control alongside breathing techniques, allowing you to transition smoothly from one exercise to another. With the use of props such as resistance bands, blocks, magic circles and balls to further challenge and deepen your workout.
Sculpt - Pilates
Sculpt Pilates is a low impact, high burn class combining Pilates and Barre inspired exercises. Using light weights and props to tone, strengthen and sculpt the entire body through controlled moves.
Power - Pilates
Our Power Pilates Classes are a high intensity version of traditional pilates that combines core-focused movements with strength training and cardio, using weights to increase intensity and challenge endurance.
